Most things convert faithfully: text boxes, pictures, shapes, and layout. Some Publisher features don't have an equivalent yet, and fonts that only ship with Microsoft Office are substituted with lookalikes that keep your layout intact. Whenever anything can't be converted, stillpub shows you a plain-English report of exactly what changed. Nothing is dropped silently.
